Overview
This guide explains how to run and look after the system.
Adding search queries
Think of queries as “where” + “what.” You choose places and you choose templates, and the system combines them for you.
-
Example: London, UK + yoga teachers in [LOCATION] → yoga teachers in London, UK
The [LOCATION] bit is a placeholder. The sheet swaps it out for the real place.
How to add them
- Open the Google Sheet.
- Go to Locations to add places. Tick Active to include them.
- Go to Query Templates to add templates. Make sure they include [LOCATION] exactly.
- The Query Pool will fill itself with the combinations. That’s the list the system pulls from.

What happens on each run
Every 15 minutes, the automation wakes up and does the same loop:
- Pick a query
- It grabs the next one from the Query Pool so everything gets a turn.
- Find names
- It searches the web for yoga teachers and notes what it finds.
